Site Coordination

Does the work reflect the agreed design?

At agreed stages, we review visible work against the design information, clarify interfaces and record issues that require a response. Visits are planned around the activities where design decisions matter most.

How this works

Before installation

Relevant drawings, samples and product details are reviewed with the parties involved. Open design questions are identified before the affected work starts.

Scheduled site reviews

Visible dimensions, material relationships and installation interfaces are checked within the agreed scope. Observations are recorded with photographs where appropriate.

Clarifications & changes

Questions are directed to the responsible contractor, fabricator or specialist. Changes affecting appearance, cost or sequence are presented for approval.

Completion follow-up

Outstanding items are listed and followed up with the relevant parties. Close-out support is tailored to the commission.

What you receive

Depending on scope: visit notes, annotated photographs, clarification records and a list of outstanding design-related items.

What we need to begin

Current drawings, programme, contractor contacts and access to the relevant areas before work is concealed.

Your decision

Agree the frequency and purpose of visits. Design coordination does not replace continuous supervision or specialist inspections.

What we do, and what you receive.

A room, a renovation or a complete home: start with the location and a short description. Plans and detailed specifications can follow after the first review.
