Project Management

Who decides what, and when?

We organise design-related decisions, information, procurement and milestones within the agreed commission. The client can see what has been decided, what remains open and what requires action.

How this works

Programme & dependencies

A project programme links design approvals, specialist inputs, orders and installation activities. Changes and their scheduling implications are recorded.

Budget visibility

Quotations, selected options and approved changes are tracked separately. Estimates, committed amounts and actual invoices are distinguished when the underlying information is available.

Procurement status

Products and bespoke elements are followed through selection, technical clarification, ordering responsibilities and delivery planning.

Reporting & decisions

A concise action register records the decision required, owner and target date. Reporting frequency is defined in the commission.

What you receive

Depending on scope: milestone programme, decision register, quotation comparison, procurement tracker and progress reports.

What we need to begin

Agreed project scope, available quotations, contractor and supplier contacts, delivery constraints and client approval responsibilities.

Your decision

Approve expenditure and scope changes before commitment. Authority to place orders is established separately.

What we do, and what you receive.

A room, a renovation or a complete home: start with the location and a short description. Plans and detailed specifications can follow after the first review.
